We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support team at support@handmadesuds.in for assistance.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of INR 50 is applicable for orders below INR 499. For orders above INR 499, we offer free shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD fee of INR 40 may apply for orders placed with the Cash on Delivery option.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Customized Products: Orders for personalized or custom-made soaps may require an additional 2-3 business days for processing, as these are crafted specifically for you.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: Once processed, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days to most locations in India, depending on the shipping address and courier partner.
Remote Locations: For remote or non-metro areas, delivery may take 7-10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, logistical delays, or regional restrictions. Handmade Suds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Shipping Partners
